We hold no Air Operator Certificate (AOC), fly no aircraft ourselves, and have no partnership or agency relationship with any seaplane operator as of September 2026. Every route, water-landing site, park fee and price on this site is indicative until confirmed in writing by a licensed operator or park authority.
Who runs this site, and what do we actually do?
Juara Holding Group is an Indonesia-based travel concierge and charter broker founded in 2015, working from Bali and Labuan Bajo. Our role on this site is coordination: we take a traveller’s request for a Komodo National Park seaplane experience, relay it to licensed Indonesian aviation operators for a quote, and — where a guest wants it — arrange the connecting boat, phinisi liveaboard, or resort transfer through vetted licensed partners.
We do not manufacture, own, insure, crew or dispatch any aircraft. We do not set aviation schedules. We do not issue park permits. Any phrase on this site that could be read as claiming we “operate flights,” own “our aircraft,” or run “scheduled daily flights” should be treated as an error and reported to us at the contact details below — it does not reflect our actual role.
Are we an air operator or affiliated with any airline?
No. Komodo Seaplane is not an air operator and holds no aviation licence of any kind. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any named seaplane operator, airline, resort or liveaboard brand referenced anywhere on this site, including any operator marketing amphibious Cessna Caravan-type aircraft in Indonesia. Where we mention an operator by name, it is for factual, journalistic reference only — describing what is publicly known about the Indonesian seaplane market as of September 2026 — not an endorsement, partnership claim or booking guarantee on that operator’s behalf.
Actual flights, when and if confirmed, are performed exclusively by licensed Indonesian AOC holders under their own operational control, safety procedures and insurance. Boats, phinisi charters and resort stays arranged around a seaplane itinerary are supplied by third-party, independently licensed partners under their own terms.

No seaplane tariff is published anywhere in Indonesia as of 17–18 September 2026; every figure a traveller receives from us is a broker-relayed, operator-issued quote, not a fixed retail price.
What governs Komodo National Park fees, quotas and permits?
Entrance fees, conservation charges, guide fees and the visitor quota inside Komodo National Park are set by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry under Government Regulation (PP) No. 36 of 2024 on non-tax state revenue (PNBP), not by Juara Holding Group. These figures change by government decision, and we date-stamp every figure we quote so travellers can judge how current it is.

Because these figures come from a third-party regulator, not from us, we cannot guarantee they remain unchanged between the date a traveller reads this page and the date of travel. Multi-day access, SIMAKSI for special activities, and drone/aerial filming approvals follow separate rules that a licensed operator or guide must confirm case by case.
What are the water-landing realities we won’t overstate?
As of 17 September 2026, no source documents a regular, scheduled seaplane operation with routine water landings at Padar, Pink Beach, Rinca or Komodo Island, and no park-approved tariff exists for such landings. Standard access to the park remains Komodo Airport (LBJ) in Labuan Bajo plus boats. Business-aviation commentary in 2026 describes Indonesian seaplane routes into this region as still in a launch and approval phase. We will not claim, imply or guarantee a confirmed water landing at any specific site inside the park; any such landing depends on regulatory approval, shoreline clearance, weather and the operator’s own pre-arrival checks on the day.

We do not sell your data, and we retain it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting booking.

What are the booking, liability and cancellation terms?
A quotation from us is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once the relevant licensed operator or partner accepts payment and issues written confirmation, at which point that operator’s own terms, cancellation policy and liability limits apply — not ours. Because seaplane access to Komodo National Park depends on weather, regulatory approval and operator availability, we cannot guarantee any specific flight, route, water-landing site or departure time, and we accept no liability for delays, cancellations or itinerary changes caused by the operator, the park authority or weather conditions. We are not a licensed financial, legal or tax adviser, and nothing on this site constitutes such advice.
