How it works · five gates, one itinerary

How the desk clears a flight

We broker. We do not fly the aircraft and we do not issue park permits. What we do is walk your window through the gates in the right order and hand back one plan with the fallback already agreed.

Window received. Island, month, party, basing, and whether a water landing is wanted — the same five answers as the leaf above.
Operator schedule and weather check. The morning slot is held against the aircraft's rotation and the season pattern; daylight-only, no exceptions.
SiOra quota session. Park entry is cleared in the timed e-ticketing session before the visit date, at the PP 36/2024 amount.
Site clearance if requested. A water-landing request goes to the operator and park for review. It takes time and is not guaranteed; as of Sep 2026 none is cleared at Padar or Pink Beach.
One itinerary, three quotes, fallback pre-agreed. Seaplane leg, boat leg and park fees itemised separately, with the speedboat or tender plan written in before you pay anything.

Can a seaplane land at Pink Beach?

No. As of Sep 2026 no tariff, schedule or approval for a water landing at Pink Beach has been published. The bookable product is a 2–4 minute low pass; the beach is reached by boat with a ranger.

How much is the seaplane?

There is no published Indonesian seaplane tariff, so we quote per window. Park fees are separate and public: IDR 250,000 per foreign visitor per day plus IDR 200,000 per ranger group of up to five, under PP No. 36/2024.

Can I fly from Bali and board a liveaboard the same day?

Only with a morning relay: Bali–Labuan Bajo ≈70 minutes on scheduled airlines, then a 30–60 minute tender. We never quote a same-day dependent boat connection without a fallback and a buffer day.

Is the Padar sunrise viewpoint guaranteed?

No. The viewpoint allocation is the smallest in the park, illustratively 200–300 a day, and it is cleared in a SiOra session, not by the flight. Request the sunrise slot when the boat itinerary is confirmed.

What happens if the morning is too windy?

The flight holds or moves; the pre-agreed speedboat or tender runs the itinerary instead, and your park receipt still applies. Wet-season months, Nov–Mar, see more holds, so we plan a buffer day.
