Komodo Seaplane is published and operated by Juara Holding Group, an independent travel concierge and charter broker established in 2015 and based in Bali and Labuan Bajo. Juara Holding Group holds no Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and, as of September 2026, has no partnership, agency arrangement, or affiliation with any seaplane operator. Any seaplane segment referenced on this site would be performed by a licensed Indonesian AOC holder; boats, phinisi charters, and resort stays are arranged through vetted licensed partners. This policy covers only the data practices of komodoseaplane.com itself — enquiry forms, WhatsApp conversations initiated from this site, and email correspondence to bd@juaraholding.com.

- Park authorities via SiOra — passport and nationality data, only when you’ve asked us to handle registration or PNBP payment on your behalf.
- Payment processors or banks — only for invoices you’ve agreed to, never card details typed into this site.
We do not share your data with data brokers, ad networks that build cross-site profiles, or any party outside the scope of fulfilling your specific request.

Park fees under Government Regulation PP No. 36/2024 and daily visitor quotas set by Komodo National Park authorities are outside our control and subject to change without notice; figures on this site are dated and should be reconfirmed at enquiry.
