These terms govern how Juara Holding Group arranges Komodo National Park seaplane, boat and combination bookings on your behalf as an independent broker, not as the flight or vessel operator. By requesting a quote or confirming a booking through WhatsApp or email, you accept the deposit, cancellation, park-fee and liability terms set out below.
What Do These Terms Cover?
These terms of service apply to every quote, booking request, deposit, itinerary and confirmation arranged through komodoseaplane.com, whether by WhatsApp, email or a linked booking form. They cover seaplane transfers marketed for the Komodo National Park region, phinisi or liveaboard combinations, park permit handling and any add-on service Juara Holding Group coordinates on your behalf. They do not cover services booked directly with an airline, boat operator or hotel outside our coordination.
Who Is Juara Holding Group, And What Are We Not?
Juara Holding Group is an independent travel concierge and charter broker established in 2015, operating from Bali and Labuan Bajo. We hold no Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and, as of September 2026, have no partnership, agency agreement or formal affiliation with any seaplane operator. We do not own or operate aircraft, boats or resorts.
Every flight is performed by a licensed Indonesian AOC holder, currently including operators such as PT Santai Seaplane Aviation for amphibious Cessna Grand Caravan 208B EX services. Every vessel and resort stay is arranged with vetted, independently licensed partners. Carriage of passengers and baggage is governed by that operator’s own conditions of carriage, not by Juara Holding Group. Where we quote a service the brand does not itself own, treat it as “arranged via vetted licensed partners,” never as a first-party service we deliver.
We are also not a licensed financial, legal, tax or insurance adviser. Nothing on this site or in our correspondence should be read as such advice.
How Does Booking And Payment Work?
A quote we send by WhatsApp or email is valid for the period stated in that message, typically 48 to 72 hours, after which pricing and seat or cabin availability must be reconfirmed with the underlying operator. Because no published seaplane tariff exists in Indonesia as of September 2026, every seaplane fare is quote-based and can change until the operator issues a written confirmation.
| Step | What happens | Who confirms |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Enquiry | You send dates, passenger count and route to WhatsApp 6281139414563 or bd@juaraholding.com | Juara Holding Group |
| 2. Quote | We relay operator pricing, park fees and any conditions, with a validity date | Juara Holding Group |
| 3. Deposit | A deposit secures provisional space with the operator; amount and percentage vary by service and season | You |
| 4. Operator confirmation | The airline, vessel or resort issues its own booking reference and carriage terms | Licensed operator |
| 5. Balance | Remaining balance is due per the operator’s schedule, usually before departure | You |
Deposits are transferred to the relevant licensed operator or held in trust pending that transfer; they are not a payment for a Juara Holding Group product because we do not sell the underlying transport ourselves.
What Happens If Weather Or Water Conditions Cancel The Flight?
Seaplane operations in and around Komodo National Park are daylight-only and weather-dependent, and any water landing depends on sea state, shoreline clearance and pre-arrival checks that the operator and park authority control, not us.
| Cancellation cause | Typical outcome |
|---|---|
| Weather or sea-state hold called by the operator | Rebooking on the next available slot, or refund of unused portions per the operator’s policy |
| Park authority restricts or closes a landing site | Rebooking to an alternative route or airport transfer, or refund of the affected segment |
| SiOra registration or quota rejection | No boarding proceeds until resolved; deposit held pending rebooking or refund |
| Passenger-initiated cancellation | Subject to the operator’s own cancellation schedule, which we relay before you pay a deposit |
We will tell you as soon as an operator or park authority notifies us of a disruption, and we coordinate the rebooking, but we do not control weather, park decisions or an operator’s internal scheduling and cannot guarantee same-day alternatives.
How Are Komodo National Park Fees Charged?
Park entrance and activity fees follow Government Regulation PP No. 36 of 2024 on non-tax state revenue (PNBP), administered by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. As of 2026, base entrance runs IDR 250,000 per foreign visitor per park day, plus reported add-ons such as a conservation fee of roughly IDR 100,000 and a ranger or guide fee of about IDR 200,000 per group of up to five people on Rinca and Komodo. Consolidated foreign-visitor totals reported in 2026 vary significantly depending on the specific sites visited (e.g., Komodo-Padar-Pink Beach day or a Rinca day); figures change with park policy, so we date-stamp every quote and pass fees through at the amount the park or our ground partner actually charges, without markup.
What Quota And Permit Rules Apply?
A park-wide daily visitor quota of 1,000 took effect 1 April 2026, released in three timed sessions and covering day trips, liveaboards and private charters together. Entry from Labuan Bajo Port since that date requires PNBP payment, mandatory online registration through SiOra, and a licensed park guide; special activities need a separate SIMAKSI permit, and drone or aerial filming requires its own approval. Because slots are limited and released on the park’s schedule, a booking is not final until the operator confirms your quota allocation, and we cannot guarantee availability on short notice, especially in July and August.
What Are The Weight, Luggage And Passenger Limits?
Seat and baggage capacity, including any weight-and-balance restriction on an amphibious aircraft, are set by the operating airline, not by Juara Holding Group. We relay the limits the operator gives us for your specific date and aircraft configuration before you pay a deposit, and you are responsible for declaring accurate passenger weight and baggage volume; an operator may reweigh, reallocate seating or decline boarding at the gate for undeclared excess.
What Are The Limits Of Our Liability?
Our responsibility is limited to the accuracy of the coordination, information and booking relay we provide. We are not liable for an operator’s flight delay, cancellation, mechanical issue, injury, loss of luggage, or any park authority decision, all of which fall under that operator’s or authority’s own conditions of carriage and insurance. Where Indonesian consumer protection law assigns broker-level responsibility to us, our liability is limited to the service fee or commission we retained on that specific booking, not the value of the underlying flight, boat or accommodation.
How Do We Handle Your Personal Data?
We collect the passenger names, contact details, dates and payment references needed to relay your booking to licensed operators, and we process that data under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022). If you are contacting us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we handle your data with GDPR-consistent safeguards: we share only what an operator needs to confirm your seat or cabin, we do not sell your data, and you may request access, correction or deletion by writing to bd@juaraholding.com.
What Law Governs These Terms?
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be referred first to good-faith negotiation between you and Juara Holding Group before either party pursues formal proceedings in an Indonesian court of competent jurisdiction.
